This Privacy Policy describes how Sabi Studio PLLC (“Sabi Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit sabi.studio and any subdomains (the “Website”).
This Policy applies to the Website only. It does not apply to clinical services or to protected health information. If you become a client, the use and protection of your health information is governed by federal and state law, including HIPAA, and is described in the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive during intake. Clinical information is collected and stored exclusively within our secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal — never through this Website.

• Google Workspace — provides our business email. Email you send to us is processed by Google on our behalf.
• SimplePractice — our secure, HIPAA-compliant practice management platform and client portal. If you schedule services or become a client, information you submit through the portal is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and SimplePractice's security and privacy standards, not by this Policy.
• Instagram — the Website may link to our Instagram account. If you follow such links or interact with embedded content, those platforms collect data according to their own privacy policies.
We may also disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
6. HIPAA Notice
Sabi Studio is a healthcare provider and complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) in the delivery of clinical services. This Website, however, is a public marketing site and is not a HIPAA-compliant environment. It should not be used to transmit protected health information. Clients receive a Notice of Privacy Practices during intake that explains in detail how health information is used and protected.
7. Data Retention
We retain Provided Information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our records, and comply with legal obligations. Device Information is retained according to the practices of our website platform. You may request deletion of information we hold about you as described below.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information collected through the Website. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You submit information through the Website at your own risk.
